South Boston's giant smiley face

Makes my morning every day as I see this from my window but I can't imagine what it is. It's facing Andrew Square off of Dot Ave by the Marr equipment rental.

Any clues?

...anything about it, but I've read online elsewhere that's it's there.
Can't tell who owns the billboard...it's blurry.
Can anyone see what company it is?
