Liz Miranda posted this last night about her brother Michael, who was fatally shot on Tremont Street in the Theater District early Sunday.
Boston Police report arresting Kiewann Watson, 28, of Mattapan, on charges he shot two men at closing time on Sunday, killing one of them, Michael Miranda of Dorchester.
Watson was arrested today on Norfolk Avenue, police say.
Innocent, etc.
