Boston Police report arresting Jaquan X. Shepard, 20, of Lynn, on charges he repeatedly shot Phillip Demings, 17, at Bowdoin and Adams streets on Dec. 19.
Shepard was ordered held without bail at his arraignment today, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

Boston Police have released a photo of a man they want to talk to about the shooting death of Phillip Demings (at right) at Bowdoin and Adams streets last Tuesday night.
UPDATE: Victim identified as Phillip Demings, 17.
