State Police are now looking for a dark-colored sedan, possibly an older Accord, that now has serious front-end damage - including missing a headlight - to find the driver they say hit Pierre Desir on Morton Street early Saturday and then just kept driving, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. UPDATE: Victim identified as Pierre Desir.
State Police report a pedestrian was struck and killed on Morton Street near Fuller Street around midnight by a driver who just kept on going west on Morton.
State Police say they victim, a man, 40, was declared dead at the scene.
