A Dorchester man was charged with stabbing his downstairs neighbor to death early this morning.

Tu Nguyen, 28, of 45 Codman Hill Ave. was ordered to Bridgewater for 20 days of observation at his arraignment in Dorchester District Court, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
