A Charlestown man was arrested Sunday night on gun charges by officers who recognized his freshly repaired Audi as the one that had gotten shot up a couple weeks earlier on McNulty Court near Walford Way in Charlestown's Bunker Hill development, Boston Police and the Suffolk County District Attorney's office report. Police are looking for several guys in black masks who apparently took shots at a man in car in the area of Corey and Medford streets in Charlestown shortly before 9:30 p.m. They missed him, but his his car, several parked cars and a building on Walford Way.

Live Boston reports numerous cars and buildings - but no people - were hit with gunfire during a gun battle that erupted near 50 Medford St. around 10:30 p.m. on Monday.

Police recovered more than 60 spent shells.

Live Boston reports a 15-year-old was shot at the basketball court at Monument Street and O Reilly Way in the Bunker Hill development in Charlestown around 12:20 p.m. - about a month after another teen was shot near the same spot.

Boston Police report gang-unit officers on patrol in the Bunker Hill development last night arrested a Dorchester man they say was carrying a loaded, high-capacity weapon, found two more loaded guns nearby and then had to deal with an angry crowd that objected loudly. Read more.

Shoes left behind

Live Boston reports a group of women got into a fight on O'Reilly Way in the Bunker Hill development in Charlestown shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Saturday that ended with one participant stabbed and sliced several times. Police found a wayward pair of Crocs along the blood trail. The victim's injuries were described as serious but not life threatening.

Around 10:30 p.m. on O'Brien Court off Walford Way in the Bunker Hill development, by two men who took both money and the pizza he had.
