Boston Police report a man already charged with improper storage of a firearm to which somebody under 18 could gain access was arrested today on additional charges that include manslaughter for the July 13 shooting death of his brother, Savion Ellis, 12, at 35 Fessenden St. in Mattapan. Read more.
