A Dorchester man who was in a Hyde Park apartment Tuesday night faces a variety of gun charges related to the death of a man police say broke into the apartment.

Troy Adams, 53, had bail set at $10,000 at his arraignment today on charges of charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm with altered serial numbers and possession of a large-capacity feeding device, police say.

UPDATE: The more seriously injured victim died.

Shortly after 11 p.m. in an apartment at 226 Margaretta Dr., in a fight involving a woman, her boyfriend and her ex-boyfriend. The victim, one of the two men, was shot in the stomach by the other man. Because of the seriousness of his injuries, the homicide unit was summoned. The other man was also injured; unclear how or how seriously.

It's Boston's fourth shooting of the night.
