Another probation officer in trouble, this time over a gun

The MetroWest Daily News reports a probation officer in Framingham District Court was arraigned today on charges he traded a gun for some sex.

His arraignment comes the same week a Dorchester Municipal Court probation officer was to be arraigned on charges he raped a woman who had reported to his office as part of her sentence.

State Police report a bus flamed out westbound on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Framingham around 9 a.m. There were no injuries and traffic wasn't really much affected, even with two closed lanes, because few people have anywhere to go westbound on the Pike at 9 a.m. on a Sunday - except the people in the bus, for whom another bus was brought in so they could continue on their way.

The Massachusetts Attorney General's office has sued a Florida concern that set up a Rte. 9 clinic to treat erectile dysfunction through penis injections - done by people with no medical or nursing certification - but sometimes by selling patients the generic versions of drugs whose brand names its workers disparaged. Grateful runner seeks Framingham cop who gave her his jacket when she came down with chills

Marathon runner Anusha Mookherjee reports that as she passed the Sri Lakshmi Temple in Ashland this morning, she developed some major chills.

Once over the line into Framingham, she knew she had to drop out. A kind Framingham police officer saw her shaking and gave her his jacket.

He turned away after I thanked him. He said "keep it, it's yours now". And then I took the bus back to the finish line.Cried when I got home.

This raccoon in Framingham found its way into a chimney and all the way down to the base next to the fireplace.
