A Suffolk County grand jury today indicted the former Patriots player on charges he gunned down two men after some sort of altercation in Cure Lounge in the Theater District on July 16, 2012.
In a statement, Suffolk County District Attorney Dan Conley said:
Boston Police report officers found three men in a car shot shortly after 2 a.m. at Shawmut Avenue and Herald Street. Two were pronounced dead at the scene, the third was taken to Tufts Medical Center and is expected to survive.
Police say witnesses saw gunfire coming from a gray "SUV style motor vehicle" with Rhode Island plates.
