Lego house on Harborwalk along Fort Point Channel

Michael Spicher spotted this small house on the Harborwalk along Fort Point Channel, near the Gillette plant - not all that far from the spot on Congress Street where Nate Swain once "patched" a wall hole with a Lego community.

In a letter to the state, the BPDA says it's resolved its long-standing issues with Don Chiofaro and the city is now OK with him replacing the Aquarium garage with a 600-foot tower (yes, just one), as part of a waterfront master plan that would also see new open space at what is now a Long Wharf parking lot and a new deck for the Harborwalk near the Moakley Bridge. State energy regulators have signed off on plans by Eversource to expand its K Street substation in South Boston. The plans include connecting two parts of the Harborwalk path that now end near where the new equipment will go. Read more.

WGBH reports on how the ICA is promising to behave and let the public continue to stroll along the harbor on land that's supposed to be open to the public even on nights when it charges guests $20 to mingle at exclusive parties there.
