Jordan Frias spotted this trio where Court Street meets Tremont and Cambridge streets at Government Center yesterday, offering to do reps with their weights for every car honk. Because if there's one thing downtown needs, it's more car honks.

UPDATE, 10:28 p.m. Roads, T stop being re-opened.
Police surrounded the New England Center and Home for Veterans on Court Street and shut down surrounding streets, the State Street T stop and part of City Hall Plaza as they investigated a possible threat made by one person around 9:45 p.m. The person was quickly taken into custody, but the bomb squad was requested to check out his back pack.
