A Roslindale developer last night showed off his initial plans for 28 townhouse condos in two buildings on a narrow acre off Dale Street, between the Sherrin Woods forest and the Northeast Corridor train tracks in Roslindale. Read more.

Boston Police report a man was shot outside 115 Dale St. in Roxbury around 8:20 p.m. He was declared dead at the scene.
A person was shot in the back in a parking lot at the corner of Dale and Regent streets in Roxbury around 9:05 p.m. Possibly more than a dozen shots fired. A car was also hit, as was the outside of an apartment.
Possibly as many as three people, one in the chest, at Dale and Warren streets around 11:15 p.m. on Friday, Live Boston reports.
