The old McDonald's at Washington and Kneeland streets has a new sign advertising the impending arrival of Joy Luck Hot Pot.
State records show it will be owned by Chun Lian Lin of Malden and Qian Wang of Charlestown. They have yet to appear before the Boston Licensing Board for a food-serving license.
