The block of Saratoga Street west of Bennington, before the rotary, has parking in both the right and left lanes in each direction (that is, parking is against the median as well as against the right curb each way).
There will be no changes because the neighborhood refuses all changes. Remove parking to make a right turn lane? NO!, No left turns from Bennington outbound to Saratoga? NO! No turn on Red signs? NO! Eastie loves to complain yet fights any changes.

That intersection looks quite chaotic!

My condolences and sympathy go to the family and friends of the pedestrian who lost his life there.
Let's hope some changes get made before there's another fatality at that intersection.

Because the neighborhood fights every proposal...
