Second man arrested for 14-year-old's murder on JP basketball court

Boston Police report arresting Ramon Silvelo-Miles, 20, of Lynn for the death of Jaewon Martin at a Bromley-Heath basketball court on May 8.

Timothy Hearns was arrested last month on charges he actually fired the bullets that killed Martin and injured a 15-year-old standing nearby on Parker Street.

Police declined to release additional details on the case against Silvelo-Miles; they said they are continuing to investigate the shootings.
