Wily coyote evades police in West Roxbury

A police officer assigned to track down a coyote spotted this morning on Pelton Street off the West Roxbury Parkway found the canine, but the animal decided not to wait around for Animal Control and escaped into the woods around the water towers on Bellevue Hill.

. . . they should stay away from using ACME products to get the coyote. They never work.

This morning was second time in 2 weeks that a coyote has been spotted on Grayfield ave. It was just lounging like it owned the street. Noone can do anything about it. what a joke

My cat was found killed by a coyote the evening of 10/11 just off Wren.. Early in the eve it was seen lounging near a driveway. There were also numerous daytime reports of sightings down by Weld this past week...
Something doesn't seem right if they are lounging in the neighborhoods and animal control isn't concerned :(
