Judge to BRA: Not so fast there with that restaurant at the end of Long Wharf
NorthEndWaterfront.com posts a copy of a Suffolk Superior Court judge's ruling that a group of North End residents can continue their legal action against the BRA's proposal to turn the shelter at the end of Long Wharf into a restaurant.
The ruling requires state regulators - who had already approved the project - to consider new evidence that the National Park Service considers the tip of the wharf a park. The judge said the Supreme Judicial Court didn't have that evidence before it when it ruled earlier this year that the BRA could try to find a new restaurant operator to replace the one who finally threw his hands up and opened a restaurant in South Boston instead.

The T must have some
The T must have some involvement, too. The doorway/stairs in that shelter is the tunnel emergency exit.
