around 2-3A a few blocks in JP shut off, too. When I went outside, there was a crew working down the street. About 10 minutes after the power outage, a truck showed up and the worker disconnected the breaker, made a phone call, then reconnected it and we had power.

...that put some of their profits back into the system that they're supposed to maintain instead of diverting them to bloated CEO salaries. Every city and town in the NStar (among other utilities) service area should really consider forming a muni.
