The Boston Business Journal reports the BRA has started looking again for a developer to replace the city's Winthrop Square garage with a giant tower, now that the garage is shut due to problems that would cost $30 million to fix.

Is too busy to take this on. They are in the process of approving every stupid development proposal in South Boston. Take a look at some of the outrageous developments going on, especially down the Lower End.

I could be wrong or it could be the angle, but One Fed should be right behind that tower. Maybe I'm just not seeing it.

I was sooner expecting the Copley Tower, Millenium Tower, and Congress St Towers projects to all be finished by the time they ever proposed this again.
