I think that we should rely on the non-racist outlets, like The Boston Globe, Emily Rooney, NPR and the New York Times only.
Anybody who's remotely critical of Deval and any of his excellent appointments has issues. I mean, Sherri Killins, Mary Beth Heffernan, Judy Ann Bigby, Janet Kenton-Walker--the judge who is giving Matthew Denice's killer a good leaving alone--only a racist could find fault there. Probably a nativist, and Xenophobe as well. I mean, what's not to like about Diane Wilkerson and Chuck Turner?
Don't you just hate it when people disagree with your group's view of diversity?
that a once great radio station has become a haven for less than intelligent white people to come and bitch everyday about the illegals and the EBT fraud and Granny Warren and whatever else the ringmaster hosts get them whipped up over.
So the fact that he did a few decent things outweighs the fact he's a racist bigot who spends his time whipping up anger towards the "other"? Screw off, guy.
How many times a day does he play the car horn version of "La Cucaracha" when speaking of illegal immigrants?
And all one has to do is read Kuhner's disgusting comments on homosexuals in the Moonie owned Washington Times to see he's an ignorant bigot.
Further proof that the right is dying in this country.
experience with illegal aliens living in Wellesley and all that. Of course we all know that Latinos make up 100% of the illegal immigrants in this country, right Howie?
So, you DO listen to Howie Carr!!!
If it bothers you, why do you listen? Some people enjoy his show and do not find it as offensive as you claim it to be. Must we check with you first to see what you deem offensive?
I never understood how this guy had a job in radio. Whenever he spoke it sounded like he had a mouthful of cotton. He was a good whipping boy for Glenn Ordway though so with him gone from WEEI I guess it's not surprising that Sheppard is gone too.

Yes, well, I'm a super amazing super genius so why would I ever listen to sports radio??
-- besides, discussions relating to sports would bring back too many painful memories of high school PE class.

Somehow, I bet you weren't crying "racism" when Carr was making a living skewering the Bulger clan regularly, or Dukakis, huh? Or Finneran. Or DiMasi.
Just didn't fit the narrative/talking points, did it?
He still makes his living on

Why on earth would it be racist for Carr to go after other white people? Are you unclear of the meaning of "racism"?
