Citizen complaint of the day: Skunk of unusual size in epic battle with North End garbage bag
By adamg on Thu, 11/20/2014 - 10:03pm
A concerned citizen can only watch in amazement on Charter Street:
A very large skunk was aggressively wrestling with a white kitchen bag full of trash in the alleyway between 44-46 Charter St. Its head and body were protruding through a locked gate as it attempted to rip open the bag and/or pull it through the gate. I'm sure there will be lots of litter to be cleaned up in the morning. Should probably send someone from animal control to investigate. I'm not easily startled, but this skunk was huge!

I WONDER
How the fruitcakes will make this about politics or cheese pizza.

rodents of unusual size
i lived on that block for several years. no skunks during my residency but the biggest opossum i had ever seen used to muck about late night. he was easily over two feet long. creepy.
So, where do the rodents come in?
?
When the
Bruins games are over.
In your pocket
You had that in your pocket just waiting to use, didn't you ;)
In the old days North End
skunks knew their place. Now these fugazi, yuppy, yoga pants wearing skunks go through everyone's trash.
That's right!
When Jerry ran things, skunks always kicked a part of their take to him!
trash..
..should never, ever be left out overnight. Put it out in the morning.
Yes, wake up 2 minutes earlier to do it.
trash day
three times a week, no less. i miss that.
I don't see why this person
I don't see why this person couldn't just pick up the skunk, transport it to some better location, and clean up their neighbor's trash themselves instead of wasting the city's time on trivia like this.
