Lynn man charged with murdering girlfriend, mother of four, whose body was found in East Boston

Boston Police report arresting Chhoeut Chin, 42, of Lynn on charges he murdered Sherry Bradley, 32, of Lynn, whose body was found at 800 Border St. on Aug. 1, 2013.

Bradley left three daughters and a son.

Bradley's death was not ruled a homicide until April of this year.

I wonder if this is the same guy. The age was right and it happened in Lowell where he was caught this time.
