I picked up a woman who came in on the red eye from LA. She asked if we could hold off a few minutes so she could stand in the rain. She literally stood in front of my car for five minutes getting soaked.

Having lived in LA for five years, I can totally understand this. She probably hasn't seen rain since April.

Serious Drought in CA
