Brush fire shuts roads in Blue Hills Reservation

I could smell it very strongly in Lower Mills. Had to shut the windows because of the stink, which was giving me a headache. It was so strong that I thought there was a fire in the salt marshes nearby.

At this time, we're under a fire weather watch, but according to the NWS, there is a red flag warning west of us (http://www.weather.gov/box/). Happy spring summer! ;)

I was at a meeting at the Somerville Holiday Inn around 6 pm, when someone came into the room and asked the owner of a red Ford to move it because it was in the way of fire trucks fighting a mulch fire on the hotel grounds.

(I went out to check that my bike wasn't also in the way, since it was locked to a sign that was also in mulch)
