Boston City Councilor Michael Flaherty with Blaise Wu

Just not his baby. At-large Councilor Michael Flaherty checked out some paperwork before a hearing yesterday afternoon while holding at-large Councilor Michele Wu's son, Blaise. Flaherty walked him around the council chambers, introduced him to Boston Police Superintendent-in-Chief William Gross.

Either way, Blaise is not amused. He looks like he's studying up so he can ask some solid questions, just like his Mom.

Of course, the guy holding him was once that kid in a politician's arms.

One of my favorite bad things to do is bringing junior in to work (when I'm not on duty, of course) and letting him poke around. He knows the place better than some employees.
