He who hesitates is lost - or a Watertown snowblower thief

Watertown Police posts some surveillance photos of a yutz stealing a snowblower out of a Elm Street yard around 1:20 a.m. on April 6. He dragged the thing over to a black pickup, loaded it in the back and drove off.

The suspect is also captured on video surveillance smoking a cigarette and then discarding it on scene.
