Boston Police report arresting men from Charlestown and Dorchester and a teen from Charlestown on charges they fatally shot Ryan Morrissey, 17, and wounded another teen on Nov. 5.
Police say homicide detectives arrested Julio Baez, 24, of Charlestown, last night. Danilo Soto, 21, of Dorchester, today. Alexander Soto, 17, of Charlestown, will also be charged with the double shooting. He was already in custody on another matter, police say.
Morrissey and the other victim, 19, were shot outside 274 Main St. Morrissey died four days after the shooting.

I work in the area. This has been worrisome. Glad they got the guys who did it!
Mistaken identity with tragic consequences. Not very reassuring, really. They meant to murder and they murdered this kid instead of another kid.

Maybe that's what the perp meant when he told the news "not guilty, baby" "mistaken identity"
Maybe he truly believes, that because it was mistaken identity and he murdered the wrong person, he's innocent.
