Boston Metro reports the long arm of the law is about to grab the man getting some oral loving on the Orange Line the other night - and the woman giving it to him. Transit Police say they'll throw the book at the two - and not a copy of the Kama Sutra.

Yeah, rather see the cops grab people doing non-consensual activities like groping, theft from other riders, theft from the system via fare evasion and vandalism.

I'd rather they fix the fare collection system so I don't have to become a fare evader because my $306...I mean $260 pass doesn't say See Agent whenever I try to enter the subway.

From the sounds of this incident it appears that an irate passenger shamed the police into investigating this incident. I wonder why they didn't take it seriously to begin with?

Look, I'm fully aware of what went down on that platform. But from a legal point of view if no one saw skin (and will testify) can they press charges? If they claim that she was fixing his zipper/belt and the cameras can't prove otherwise how they charge them?

I really and truly hope that's not the case, especially after all we've learned about the extent of sexual assaults on many college campuses
