So how cold will it be on Valentine's Day?

Wicked cold. Or as a National Weather Service forecaster opines:
VERY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL ATTEMPT TO MELT THE WARM HEARTS OF VALENTINES DAY. ...
AMBIENT TEMPERATURES ALONE WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW 0F...BUT COMBINED WITH THIS 20-30 MPH BREEZE...SUSPECT 15-25 BELOW ZERO WIND CHILLS ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION.

Seems like a bit of dry humor
It seems that the NWS sticks verbal Easter eggs into their forecasts now and then. They're just as valid as any other forecast, but they're cleverly written, and very witty. Here's a really good one: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/133630313919533443/
Love it, and I want to see them keep doing it.
