Brockton teen charged with East Boston murder

Boston Police report arresting Thorus O’Brien, 18, of Brockton, on charges he fatally shot Duncan Ketter yesterday.

Ketter's body was dumped out of a car at Orleans and Marginal streets.

O'Brien is scheduled for arraignment tomorrow in East Boston Municipal Court.

Ketter's family and friends and nearby residents held vigil for him at Orleans and Marginal streets this evening.
