Randolph man charged as North End attacker and fake cop

Boston Police report arresting Isaiah Brown, 26, of Randolph, on charges he attacked a woman walking down Hanover Street early Saturday.

Brown will be arraigned Monday on charges of indecent assault and battery and impersonating a police officer, police say.

Innocent, etc.
