Boston Police report a woman dragged a block down Mass. Ave. early Sunday night has died.
Police say Cusandra Webb, 29, of Dorchester, was in a car with Brianna Smith, 26, when they began to argue about something:
The victim had exited the vehicle and was injured when the operator drove off as victim was attempting to re-enter the vehicle.
WBZ reports that as Webb was on the street, a cab drove over her.
Smith was arrested at Mass. Ave. and Pompeii Street around 3:55 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and OUI.

You can't say it was an accident because they knew each other. She dragged her 3 blocks. A family is destroy by grief.
