After toddler's death, South Boston residents try to slow down motorists
By adamg on Tue, 08/07/2018 - 8:58pm
A Thursday meeting on road safety in South Boston could be filled with people wearing their new yellow "Drive Slow" shirts, like the ones Jenn Menjin reports were being offered today (and will be offered tomorrow) at M Street Park in exchange for a donation to South Boston Catholic Academy in the memory of Colin McGrath, the two-year-old killed last month.

who no psa on this really upsets me
amazed there are no psa on two hands on wheel..you lose control so easy without it..any hazard in the road becomes exponentially worse...plus it helps you zip through intersections ... and people laugh about it..should tell you something..80 percent of drivers casually drive their car...first thing is needed is proper seat adjustment to allow hand to drop over wheel without burning energy which most of us with poor diets are living with as a result our brain refuses to place hands on wheel for something that is not seemingly important...
What?
Do they say LY on the back?
Do they say LY on the back?
Thank you.
Thank you to neighbors that organized this and other neighbors that pressed our city to do something about the terrible conditions for pedestrians in South Boston.
There is a lot more work to do...let's keep it up.
