Esplanade groping suspect arrested

State Police report arresting Joel Musipli, 26, of Boston, on charges he groped two women as he rode by them on a bike near Community Boating on Aug. 9.

State Police say somebody spotted a guy who looked like the suspect in Charlestown and dropped a dime.

Just yesterday, he posted a video of himself doing sit ups in what appears to be a hospital bed, and another video that might be his feelings on women.
