Ginter in Gahm

Where was the Gahm Building?

The folks at the Boston City Archives wonder if you can place this scene. See it larger.

Entering "Gahm Building, Boston" into Google, the sixth result is for a "'1915' Boston Exposition Official Catalogue", and the initial snippet of text refers to a Gahm Building at 161 Summer Street. This would have been between South Street and Atlantic Ave., on the south side of the street. The site is now landscaped; I can't tell whether it's part of the Greenway or a plaza for an adjacent office building.

Interesting note from the Massachusetts corporations website, Ginter Company became First National Stores, Inc. A 1992 after a series of other buyouts.
