Class Act
The Red Sox and their fans showed a true war hero the respect he deserves. Who has shown less class and respect for the flag Donald Trump or Colin Kaepernick?
Applause, moment of silence, more applause
Actually it was a big long round of applause after McCain's image appeared on the jumbotron and an announcement was made. Then came a moment of silence, followed by another big round of applause.
I have deep respect for McCain's service to our country and for enduring torture in service to our country. I also respect that occasionally he did the right thing like vote against Obamacare repeal. But for the most part he was a reliable Republican which I consider to be a bad thing.
McCain also brought us Sarah Palin, which opened the floodgates for the crazy extremist stupid hater branch of the Republican party, which eventually led to the disaster we have in the White House today.
Sshhh! Please.
Sshhh! Please.
Just for a moment.
