Plan to convert North End K of C into affordable apartments for seniors wins approval

The Zoning Board of Appeals yesterday approved a plan to convert the Knights of Columbus building at 41 North Margin St. in the North End into 23 apartments for senior citizens.

The BPDA had given its approval to the project in October.

As part of the plans, the Knights of Columbus will retain 1,500 square feet in the building for their meetings.
