David Finnerty stayed a respectful distance away this morning while taking a snapshot of the turkey that has roamed Ashmont Street and Peabody Square the past few months.

Patrols the mean streets of Ashmont. I wonder if he can guard the fare gates at the station and make scofflaws pay. No one else seems to care. The cops all sit in their little office with the shades drawn.
