Few things:
Suffolk County Courthouse is id'd as the Suffolk Club, and the largest buildings, the Hancock and Pru are not included because they are slightly out of frame. Seems incomplete.
"Downtown"
The video is concentrated on "Downtown" development: Waterfront, DTX, Financial District. The Pru and Hancock are in Back Bay.

Because Boston is such a sprawling metropolis why look at building a few blocks west of the Common?
Actually agree...
Especially since the Hancock/Copley Square are displayed twice in the pre-title sequence, which also includes two shots of a non-existent Ferris wheel.
