Jeremy Reiner at WHDH says it's not just the cold we have to worry about tomorrow:

Not only is arctic air cold, it is also wicked dry. Get those humidifiers loaded with water & let them run. Ready the moisturizer and lip balm as well. Drink plenty of water too!

Eucarin moisturizing cream is excellent!

I have a couple of large-ish jars of Eucarin moisturizing cream at home, and it comes in handy in this ultra cold weather. Drinking lots of water is also good advice.

My son has eternal chapped lip issues and he swears by all beeswax balm, particularly this. They have a stall in the Boston Public Market.
