Rowes Wharf Italian restaurant catches fire

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to Pasta Beach, a restaurant at Rowes Wharf, around 3:30 p.m. to battle a fire that erupted in ducts there.

The department reports the two-alarm fire forced the evacuation of the first two floors of the hotel complex, caused an estimated $350,000 in damage and sent one firefighter to the hospital with minor injuries.
