Corner of Maverick and Chelsea Streets

Yep.. the Santander Bank is still there... (brick building on far left)
East Boston Savings Bank

Maverick Square
Nice. It's really cool to peek around the corner onto Meridan St and see the EBSB building facade, looking the same as it does in the photo. Mid 1920s?
Not the santander building
Not the santander building that has single pillars where building in archives has double
The hint is 1848 east but I cant figure out more than that
The Answer
Thanks for playing, folks! Maverick Square is correct! This shows construction on the East Boston Tunnel in Maverick Sq in 1922
But, the building at the left
But, the building at the left of the picture is the East Boston Savings Bank.
