Fire in Bunker Hill development injures three, displaces eight

Boston firefighters responded around 1:30 a.m. to a second-floor fire at 45 Tufts St. that injured two adults and a child, the Boston Fire Department reports

The department reports that firefighters were able to contain the fire, which caused an estimated $500,000 in damage, to the apartment in which it broke out. The cause is under investigation.
