A new option in West Roxbury opens

I heard Popeye's is finally open on Rt.1 in West Roxbury. And there's a line right now for take out. Crazy times with other small businesses forced to close and losing thousands but someone else can open up a franchise in the middle of this pandemic and still make bank.
