Both had pretty terrible hours.
I would've stopped at a place like Popover King on my way to or from the Garden regularly, if it had ever actually been open.
Never open at commute time
I walked past it all the time coming from train to work and it never seemed to be open.
They were both more for the breakfast/lunchtime crowd
I liked going to both when I worked in the area, but their hours really were best for people who worked or lived close by since they were closed by 2pm or so.
The King is dead? Long live the King
Too bad my wife never heard about this place. She would have been their best customer.
RIP PK
Mulligan's died too right
Mulligan's died too right next to Rustico. As a regular for many years along with my coworkers, I will miss both places. They had such a huge loyal showing of work crowd customers until this BLEEPING virus, murderer of fun and creator of boarded up Boston.
Mulligan’s reopened?
I know they closed over a year ago. Sad to hear about Rustico’s.
