The Fall River Herald News reports: Grocery owner who rioted at Capitol faces fines and penalties for store's COVID violations.
Closer to home, Mark Sahady of Malden faces a hearing in federal court in Washington DC on Feb. 11 on his putsch-related charges of milling about in the Capitol now that his case has been transferred from here to there.
His pal, Sue Ianni of Natick, has yet to have a DC hearing date set.

I read the article you linked
It appears he failed to post signage and reprimand employees for violating the states mandate.
He then also confirmed the existences of COVID-19, although calling it a flu stand.

That said, the idea that Covid-19 is no big deal (or even fake) and the idea that somehow Biden "stole" the election (with the help of, amongst others, Republican officials and Trump appointed judges) aren't too related yet somehow are spouted by the same people.

Sue Ianni should go to prison for 30 years for treason.
She was one of the leaders of this group spreading the lie that there was "an illegal election", which is just an absolute lie that stupid people fell for.
She brought 400 people down there on 11 buses, storming the capital, killing a cop and causing rampant destruction because she hates democracy if her stooge doesn't get elected.
30 years in prison sounds right, maybe cut to 20 years if she gives up some of her treasonous comrades.
