Curious, but gotta hand it to former Boston reporter set to run for office

WMUR reports Gail Huff Brown, former Boston TV reporter and current wife of former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown, is getting set to run for Congress in New Hampshire. She's vowing to be way more conservative than hubby.

While the future senator was posing for Cosmo, Huff was making a sunscreen tube burst in a Digny Fignus music video.

Anyone who has been paying attention since World War II understands the connections between “America First” and right-wing extremism. But you may also remember the term has been the subject of a revival courtesy of Marjorie Taylor Greene and other Republicans:

Calling for respect of the county’s “uniquely Anglo-Saxon traditions.” Saying the nation’s infrastructure should express the “progeny of European architecture.” Decrying the influence of domestic and international “globalist” forces.

The language used in the would-be Republican congressional America First Caucus’s platform has alarmed many lawmakers and civil rights advocates who say its white nationalist message shows the growing clout of extremism in the right wing of the Republican Party.

Is Gail Huff Brown a white supremacist? I don’t know what is in her heart, but she surely wants the New Hampshire white nationalist vote.

It's newest job: have marginal name recognition, feign interest in national office and the sit back and put the checks into your PAC and then use the loose rules that govern how the funds are spent. Why work when you can just pretend to?
