South End restaurant shuts, blames Methadone Mile spillover

Unacceptable. This is NOT right. But drugs win.

The media did an excellent job of helping Marty hide his Methadone Mile free drug cage and the impact of covid on the homeless.

That was a good place and the workers were solid people. The city’s abject failure to treat the people and get them off the streets (and the Globe’s overreaction to operation clean sweep) is unforgivable.

I hope the owners and workers do find some peace and new employment as the industry recovers.
