Dump-truck driver wanted for killing pregnant mother in Pennsylvania crash is arrested on Albany Street
Boston Police report arresting a West Virginia man who was wanted for causing a Pennsylvania crash that killed a mother of two who was eight months pregnant in August.
Everett Clayton, 56, was arrested outside the Chief Medical Examiner's office Albany Street, across from Boston Medical Center shortly before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, police say.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Clayton took a turn too sharply in his dump truck in Lower Providence Township on Aug. 25, causing him to fishtail and ram a Tahoe driven by the woman, a local school teacher with two children. The impact sent her vehicle into a field, where it overturned and she and her unborn child died.
Also charged in connection with the crash: The dump truck's owner, who allegedly used a fake name to buy the truck and then never registered or maintained it.
Clayton is now being held here as a fugitive from justice pending his extradition to face charges that include homicide by vehicle in Pennsylvania, police say.
Innocent, etc.

If he did this in MA
The cops would be tripping over themselves to make excuses for him, just like they did that negligent company and driver that killed a doctor.
Wild how this happens
